If someone is asking me "Are you in shape?" though I feel little bit strange I would like to say "Yes, I'm in shape."
Maybe people are likely not to believe my word while they just look at me. However that's true.
I think there are two reasons that make me in shape.
First, I work out regulary. Nowadays I go swimming two or three times a week. Just before doing that
I worked out at gym. In other words it is called weight lifting. Let's go back to 1998, I was a freshmen at
university and I never worked out ever before. Moreover I could have much more time than highschool.
So I made up my mind to do something for my health. A friend of mine recommended that I join him
and exercise with him. After thinking for a minute I accepted his proposal instantly. It was the entrance of the
first exercise for me. I have been worked out for several years. For early 2 years I was almost crazy about
that because the fruitful feeling and my body was changing day by day were very exciting for me after finishing exercise.
Sometimes it's a little bit painful and boring to me during exercise but I must have to overcome and enjoy it to
feel pleasure. In addition it gives me confidence and physical firmness. Eventually I got six pack on my
stomach and large arm and chest but now I'm not really good comparing to the past and I also lost weight.
So still 2 years ago I kept it doing without stopping. Exactly a year ago I began to learn swimming instead of
weigh lifting because I'm tired of doing it finally.
This regular exercise also makes me in shape actually.
Second, frankly speaking I usually take much more food and meals than others though nobody may believes
me. People who work together know that I have somewhat a big stomach. Taking snacks right before going
to bed, trying to consume food with a fat much more and have one more meal doesn't make me fat.
It is often annoying me because I really want to gain weight but the efforts are not in effect. If somebody tell
me the effective way to weigh more than at this moment, I will appreciate sincerely.
Anyway health is the top priority in my life. There is nothing important more than that. So I will keep doing it regulary and try to be in shape.
